A builder that runs its own products.

We build SaaS products and keep them running. A new product from first sketch to first paying customer, taking over an existing platform and moving it forward, and AI features that genuinely take over work.

That is the whole list. We do not do staff augmentation, advisory work without delivery, or training. What we deliver is working software with tests, documentation and a deploy pipeline around it.

Two of our products run in production with paying users. Pilot-Next handles booking, flight logging, invoicing and maintenance for flying clubs. booxx is building a full Dutch bookkeeping engine — double-entry on RGS 3.8, VAT via Digipoort, bank feeds — in five languages.

That is not a showroom. A builder that runs its own product gets the bill for its own decisions: the migration you inflicted on yourself, the Sunday evening support call, the data model that no longer fits three years on. That experience sits in every proposal we write, and it is why we sometimes advise against what an agency would sell.

It also means we do not know AI-driven development from a slide deck. We invented and wore it out on our own code, including the times it went wrong.

Direct, and with the awkward things first. We will say when we think a plan is not going to work, including in the first conversation and including when it costs us the assignment. That is cheaper for both of us in the long run.

Measure before claiming. Every number on this site comes from somewhere and can be traced, with the date it was measured. If we do not know something, it is not here.

And everything is transferable. The code lives in your repository, on your infrastructure, with tests and documentation. We do not build in a dependency on ourselves.
